Sexually Assaulted by Andre Petrus May 17-2025

Petrus used his chemicals and put me to sleep. I did not fall into a deep sleep. I knew he was assaulting me but could not move or speak. I felt the searing pain when he used his dirty scissors and cut me. He came to do me harm. I was traumatized and in shock when he left my apartment.  Petrus fled my apartment, leaving the scissors and the neon green bag behind — the same items I have now buried off the property for safety. This was the time I called the police, and they have since produced a corrupted report of my statement

A Corrupted Police Report

The Virgin Islands Police Department Labeled my case "Suspicious Activity.

The decision to label my case as "suspicious activity" has significant repercussions. This classification not only undermines my credibility but also serves to divert attention from the need for a thorough and proper investigation. By framing my reports in this manner, the record risks discrediting genuine claims and raises serious concerns about the intent and integrity of those responsible for documenting my experiences. It is essential that the records accurately reflect the facts and do not become a means to dismiss or invalidate legitimate reports of wrongdoing.

Hospital Horror #2

Penicillin Group and Related Drugs (My Research Results) Penicillin is part of a larger class called beta-lactam antibiotics

Where did the maintenance personnel at the Garden get so much Penicillin? They spray it into my apartment like it is free air. Is the Hospital trying to kill me? So, you made a mistake, apologize, and move on! You have been trying to kill me for years.Nurse Hope WAS a very big mistake.  I am not running anymore!!

August 19-2019, I Was Forced to Take These Meds

My hospital wristband clearly stated that I am allergic to penicillin, yet the nurse prepared to administer an IV medication that could have killed me. I had to stop her and point to my own allergy warning. That moment proved what I have been saying all along — I was not confused or unstable. I was alert, aware, and fighting for my life in a place where I should have been safe.

🧪 Penicillin Group and Related Drugs (My Research Results)

Penicillin is part of a larger class called beta-lactam antibiotics.
If someone is allergic to penicillin, they may also react to drugs that share a similar chemical structure — meaning the body can’t always tell the difference.

These include:

  • Amoxicillin and Ampicillin (direct penicillin relatives)

  • Oxacillin, Cloxacillin, Dicloxacillin, etc.

  • Cephalosporins (like cefazolin, cephalexin, ceftriaxone) — related group with about 5–10% cross-reaction risk

  • Carbapenems (like imipenem, meropenem) — also in the same extended family

So yes — even if the nurse mentioned a different name (like a cephalosporin), it can still be penicillin-based or cross-reactive, which means my wristband warning was crucial.

Denied Justice After Refusing Medication

When I reported the sexual assault I endured over the weekend, the responding police officer insisted that I take prescribed medication. Because I refused to take these medications—medications that I knew would have been harmful, or even fatal, to me—the officer left without taking my statement about the assault.

Despite my refusal, these medications were still billed to my insurance. Not only was I denied the opportunity to have my experience properly documented and investigated, but I was also subjected to an additional violation through the improper billing of medication I never received.

1. On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at approximately 1811 hours, the undersigned, along with Officer Jai’da Turnbull, were dispatched to Ebenezer Gardens in regard to an assault.

2. Upon arrival, contact was made with Ms. Martha [last name omitted] who stated that on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 2300 hours, she fell asleep in front of her computer in a chair.

[CORRECTION:] I believe I was chemically sedated or rendered unconscious — not asleep in the ordinary sense. I was conscious but could not move or speak.

3. Ms. Martha stated that she woke up in her bed with a pain in her lower abdomen. Ms. Martha stated that she had no underwear on and her clitoris was removed.

[CORRECTION:] This is accurate — my clitoris was removed during the assault. I saw Mr. Andre Petrus hurrying from the scene. He forgot to pick up his bag from the floor because a towel had fallen over it and I think he did not see it. I have those items buried off the property for safety.

4. Ms. Martha stated that she saw an unknown male leaving the apartment after she woke up from her sleep.

[CORRECTION:] The man was not unknown — it was Mr. Andre Petrus, the tenant directly above me. I clearly identified him to the officers.

The man with the neon green coloured bag is Mr. Andre Petrus. I have personally seen Mr. Petrus come into my presence with that bag on three separate occasions:

The first was when the three men — Andre Petrus. (A tenant), Ian Williams (the Manager), and Irvin Harris (the Maintenance Supervisor) — gang raped me.  During that assault, I was conscious but could not move or speak. Mr. Petrus placed the bag on my bed, removed a syringe, and injected me with an unknown substance. He also removed a clear disposable vaginal douche bottle filled with liquid, which I believe was used to wash me internally to remove evidence. Following the assault, I chose to seek medical attention at the St. Thomas East End Clinic. My decision to visit this clinic, instead of the hospital or calling the police, was driven by fear arising from previous traumatic experiences in hospital settings and with the cops. Concerned about my safety and well-being, I felt that seeing my doctor at the clinic was the safest option available to me at the time. It eventually turned out not to be.

What Claude said to me after I let him know I saw him, McNeal, Schmidt, and other men Sexually assaulting me.

Claude came closer and looked into my teary eyes: “You call the police, and I will call your Brother J. He will tell the cops how crazy you are, and they will take you to the CRAZY WARD and put you away forever! There is no cop in this world who would listen to you. We are all Christian men, Rosie. All the Adventists in St. Croix know you are cray. Who are you going to tell? The pastor?  He already knows you are crazy, and after your Brother J talk to them, they are going to just put you into the CRAZY WARD!

He came even closer, with a sweet smile: “When it comes to your family, they all know you are crazy. Ev will never believe you. Aunt P will never believe you. and don’t talk about your Aunt Vie, she will never believe a bad word you say about me. Lee and her husband were the first ones to warn me about how crazy you are. They begged me to be careful about you because you crazy. Who are you going to tell?”

Injected with Termite Killer by Claude, Kay, and her Mother

In the weeks following the hurricanes of 2017, life in St. Croix was marked by darkness, scarcity, and fear. Amid that uncertainty came another kind of devastation — one carried out by human hands. By late October or early November, I was rendered semi-conscious and injected with insecticide by individuals I trusted, including those who had already caused harm before. They used syringes meant for printer ink, piercing my veins and the base of my thumb with a poisonous mixture that left me weak and barely able to move.

I remember being aware of what was happening, yet unable to stop it. I could hear voices, see shadows, and feel the cold burn of the toxin entering my body. It was an act meant to destroy, but somehow, by God’s mercy, it did not take my life.

In the aftermath, I realized that surviving such cruelty carries a heavy burden — not only the physical pain, but the knowledge that people can choose such evil and that those in authority may never fully seek the truth. Still, I believe that what is hidden will be revealed, and that every injustice will one day meet the light it fears most.

Sexual Gang RAPE By Ian Williams, Irvin Harris and Andre Petrus

I was left bleeding and experiencing pain in both my heart and private areas. In addition to these injuries, my feet were affected, with my left foot being turned out of place. The combination of physical and emotional pain left me feeling deeply hurt and lost.

Fear and Isolation

Fear kept me from seeking help from the police or hospital. My past experiences with law enforcement and medical staff on St. Thomas and St. Croix made me hesitant to reach out for assistance, causing me to endure my pain in silence.

Seeking Medical Help

Eventually, I decided to visit East End C in search of medical care. I initially believed the doctor’s name was Dr. Smith but later learned she was Betty Christian. I told her about the traumatic event and the pain I was experiencing in my feet.

Despite sharing my story, she did not examine my feet or offer any medication. I expected she might contact the police or Human Services or refer me to a gynecologist for further care. Instead, she recommended that I pursue mental health counseling'

HOSPITAL HORROR #1-EXCERPTS

The Incident That Led to My Hospitalization Jan 2019

On January 29, 2019, I sat on my bed working on my laptop, trying to distract myself from everything going on. Suddenly, my uncle sprayed a chemical and I slipped into unconsciousness. I hadn't been eating at the house anymore, so the realization came crashing down that he had found another way to get the poison into my system. He put it into my private parts.  When I regained consciousness and tried to stand, agony shot through my belly and private parts, and I collapsed to the floor. Fear and confusion flooded me—I felt trapped, alone, and desperate for help. Determined not to give up, I grabbed my bag from a nearby chair and, fighting through waves of pain and panic, crawled to the porch. The thought pulsed in my mind: I needed to survive this. There, I found my phone and called Mr. Meade, the gardener. As I waited, every second felt like an eternity, my heart pounding with anxiety and dread.

Mr. Meade arrived swiftly and helped me into his vehicle, offering a sliver of hope amid my terror. My uncle appeared, his presence sending a fresh spike of fear through me, and demanded Mr. Meade put me down out of the pickup. Forced to comply, I crawled to the main road, pushing past the pain and panic, focusing only on the need to reach help. Calling 911 was an act of desperation and determination—I told the dispatcher my location and that I was severely poisoned and needed an ambulance. She said all the ambulances were busy, but a squad car was nearby. Despite my foggy mind and racing pulse, I agreed to let them send the police.

Immediately, we hung up, the squad car arrived. Inside were two young police officers, a male and a female. The female did the talking. They helped me into the vehicle. She asked me what was wrong. I told her I was severely poisoned. She asked, "Why would anyone poison you, and who are they?" I told her, "My uncle poisoned me. He and the other men in the yard put me to sleep and raped me continually. I found out, and they want to kill me. They did not rape me today; he tried to kill me today."

The Cops Took Me to the Hospital

The cops took me to Juan F. Luis Hospital and went immediately to the intake window. I knew the female clerk because we both attended the Central Seventh-day Adventist church. She greeted me with warmth. I gave her my name and other information required for my registration. She then sent me to the Triage nurse’s station which was close to the intake window. The Triage nurse asked me my reason for coming to the hospital.  I told her that I was poisoned and by whom and why. She asked if I was allergic to any medications, and I told her I am severely allergic to penicillin and anything in that family. (I knew that by heart. My life depended on it). She put a red band on my wrist.

While she was attending to me, I overheard the clerk who took my information telling the cop, "She Crazy!" and I heard the cop reply, "I could tell something wrong with that woman, no, I could tell some-thing not quite right with her. My feet and hands felt very numb and heavy, and any part of my body I touched was very hot. I put some charcoal in my water bottle and drank it.

The Triage nurse completed her task and told me to go to the waiting room and I wasn't called into the ER until the early hours of the next morning. I was placed in a windowless room with a heavy door opening directly to the doctor's station. The ER doctor, Merchant, looked at the paperwork about me and said loudly enough for me to hear, “Any 93-year-old man can rape anyone?” He made that comment before seeing Uncle. I know he changed his opinion when Uncle entered the hospital two days later. He was alert, didn’t wear glasses, and didn’t use a cane. He was as agile as a fit 60-year-old man.

The ER Doctor, Wayne Merchant, Assigned A Psychiatrist, Dr. Sang, To My Case Instead of A Toxicologists.

I woke up about 8 am. They brought me breakfast. I ate it. Shortly after, I saw a lady in a doctor's uniform speaking with other doctors and nurses at a little open office area a few feet away from my room. She started towards my room. From the look on her face and the swing of her body, I could feel her hostility. It was as if she were thinking, “I will show this ungrateful woman a lesson.” When she reached me, she did just that. She said, "Let me tell you something, don't bite the hand that feeds you, and people in glass houses should not throw stones ... and your relatives are out there to see you!" I replied, "I don't want to see them."

I was sitting on my bed the next day and was devastated to see Uncle and Schmidt at my door. Schmidt helped me off the bed and knelt with me while he offered up a prayer for God to protect me and hurriedly get me out of the hospital. It was a long powerful prayer. I did not close my eyes while we were praying, and I saw Uncle turn around and hurry back the way he came from. We finished praying and got up.  Schmidt kept asking, “Where is Charley? Where did Charley go?   He, too, left the same way he came in, and later that day I found out where “Charley” went.

My Food Was Tampered With in the Hospital right in My Presence

The following day at around lunchtime, I awoke to see a hand dusting a powder into food on my table. I watched while the hand stirred the rice in the container. That was the part of the food that was facing me. I lay quietly. I could see it clearly because the table was about two feet from my bed. The same hand touched me and a voice said sit up I am here to take your vitals. I sat up and came face to face with a man I knew from the Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church. His name is JohnBaptiste. While he was taking my vitals my nurse came and I saw shock and anger registered on her face. She took over and continued adjusting the instrument for taking my blood pressure on my arm.  I asked her what he was doing in my room. She replied that he sometimes helped out.

Blackmail and Betrayal After the Hospital

A few weeks after my hospital discharge, a woman from the church, Amlyn, came to my uncle demanding money. Later, my uncle confessed that John Baptiste had been blackmailing him and had sent the woman to collect the payment. Her daughter soon joined the extortion, using knowledge of the poisoning to pressure him even further. One day she arrived with young son warned my uncle that he had better have the money ready when she returned, or he would face jail. They all attended the same church. I know he paid them, though I do not know how much.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High

shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
